Questions about shipping

If your question is not answered here, please contact us.

Almost all products in our range are available immediately and are dispatched within 48 hours on weekdays . The only exceptions are specially marked items, such as Pre-Orders or items made on request .

Various shipping options are available, including DHL Standard and Warenpost , UPS Standard and UPS Express .
During the checkout process you can simply select the shipping method that suits you.

Deliveries within Germany are free for orders over €150.00 .

For International Orders: Shipping will be calculated based on weight and Delivery Time in Checkout.

If you order multiple items, it is possible that they will be delivered in separate packages. This is especially true for orders that contain Pre-Ordered products.

If you have any uncertainties or questions, we are happy to help you – please do not hesitate to contact us.

We currently only deliver to Germany and mainland Europe . If you have any problems during the purchase process, please contact us.

If an item has been damaged during shipping, we ask that you document the damage and contact us immediately, please within 48 hours of successful delivery.

You will receive tracking Information via email immediately after we have prepared your order for shipping.

Please use the respective shipping service provider's website to track your delivery.

Please note that in individual cases it can take up to 24 hours until data is displayed correctly in the tracking.

We ship our goods from Germany, which means there are no customs fees for EU countries.

Customers outside the EU, on the other hand, have to pay customs duties in accordance with the customs regulations of their respective country, which we unfortunately do not cover.

We currently do not offer pickup from our premises.

We try to treat Pre-Orders as transparently as possible. On the product page of an item that is available for Pre-Order there is usually a release date or an expected delivery date.

Please note that we depend on wholesalers and producers for these items and may have no influence on late delivery.

As soon as items are in our business premises, they will of course be dispatched immediately.

Returns and cancellations

General Information

Of course.
You have the option to return eligible items to us within 14 days of receipt.

This gives you the opportunity to check the item at your leisure and without risk. If it doesn't meet your expectations, you can easily send it back to us.

Please be aware that items made specifically for you, or items opened by removing seals - such as opening a pack of cards - are generally not eligible for Returns or exchanges.

In the event of a return, the buyer assumes the resulting costs.
