Shipping Costs Within Germany
- Free Shipping for orders over 150€ (Gross) for DHL Parcel and UPS Standard.
- DHL Parcel (1-3 days delivery time): 3.95€. Applies to orders that contain items from the "Boxes" category, are larger than Maxibrief size, or exceed 1kg in weight.
- UPS Standard (1-2 days delivery time): 7.99€. For the same conditions as DHL Parcel.
- DHL Warenpost national (1-3 days delivery time) for small shipments up to 1kg and Maxibrief size: 2.95€.
- Letter Shipping for orders containing stickers without a logo exclusively: 1€ flat rate.
Shipping Options to the EU
- DHL Parcel EU (2-7 days delivery time): 12.99€.
- DHL Warenpost International for shipments up to 1kg: 6.99€.
- UPS Express EU (1-2 days delivery time, up to 5kg): 21.99€.
Processing Time
The processing time is typically 24-48 hours after receipt of payment.
Notes on Pre-Order Items
For orders that contain pre-order items, please expect partial deliveries or delays. Pre-order items are typically shipped on the day of receipt in our warehouse.
